I’m thrilled to invite you to our second in-person Wild Woman event and this time, it’s going to be a whole day. With plenty of time to connect, celebrate & be reminded that you’re not doing this wild, brave life alone.

I can’t wait to share our mountain with you AND have a little fun in White Sulphur Springs!

Space is limited in this event to the first 40 women who sign up.

Event Details

Itinerary:

Wednesday, Oct. 1

7:00 pm — Optional Dinner at The Jawbone.

Thursday, Oct. 2

8:30 am — Shuttles will depart The Edith in White Sulphur Springs & head to Showdown. These are available to anyone attending the event even if you’re not a guest at The Edith. Showdown is about 30 miles north of White Sulphur Springs.

9:00 am - 4:00 pm — A full day at Showdown with Wild Women. Here’s a little sneak peak:

• 9:00-10:15: Opening Session

• 10:30-11:30 Self Love & Leadership by Katie Boedecker

• 11:30-12:00 Optional Nature Walk

• 12:00-1:00 Lunch

• 1:00-2:15 pm Women in Business Panel

• 2:30-4:00 Wildly Intentional: Small Group Workshop led by Avery Patrick

4:00 pm — Head back to White Sulphur Springs for the evening

6:00 pm — Sarah Calhoun of Red Ants Pants has graciously invited us for a cocktail hour at her home - “The Ringling Mansion” you won’t want to miss this!

7:00 pm — We’ll head to The Red Barn in White Sulphur Springs for dinner catered by the talented Faith Magalsky who owns Crazy Mountain Catering, and of course a little more Wild Women magic.

✨ Registration is limited to 40 women.

• Non-Members: $249

Lodging:

The Edith is offering an exclusive Wild Women rate of $70/night if you’d like to stay over on the 1st and/or 2nd. FAQ

Is the Wednesday night dinner included?
No, the optional dinner at The Jawbone on Wednesday night is not included in your registration but it’s a wonderful chance to connect with other attendees before Thursday’s event. But please let me know if you’ll be attending and I’ll add you to our reservation!

Do I need to stay at The Edith to attend?
Not at all! Shuttles to Showdown will depart from The Edith and are available to all attendees, even if you’re not staying at the hotel. And if you’d prefer to drive yourself to Showdown that works too.

How many rooms are available at The Edith?
The Edith has 32 rooms, available on a first-come, first-serve basis. If they fill up, there are other great lodging options in White Sulphur Springs. Please reach out to me if you have questions or need recommendations.

Who can attend the event?
This gathering is exclusively for enrolled Wild Women members. If you’re not currently a member, you’ll need to join Wild Women first to reserve your spot.
